Overview
All visitors to the picklesandloop.com website are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the rules and conditions as posted on the website. These rules may be amended by Pickles & Loop Designs Pty Ltd (Pickles & Loop) from time to time without any prior notice. If you do not agree to be bound by any of the terms and conditions please discontinue using the website.

Product display, availability & purchasing
At Pickles & Loop we do our best to ensure that all online representations of colours and sizes of garments are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur as the colour you see depends on your computer picture resolution and monitor settings.

Pickles & Loop reserves the right to:

• take reasonable steps to verify that any order made, or credit card details supplied by a customer are legitimate;
• cancel any order, in which case, Pickles & Loop will notify you of the cancellation and the reason for the cancellation by email, mail or telephone using the contact details provided by you. We will refund any money paid using the original method by which the merchandise was purchased; and
• contact you by email, mail or telephone using the contact details provided by you, to obtain further instructions in the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable for any reason.

Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours using registered Australia Parcel Post services or by courier. Generally, deliveries within Australia will take between 3-7 working days (depending on the delivery address).

We recommend that you provide us with a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery, as a signature is normally required. If no one is at the specified address at the time the delivery is made a notice will be left in your letterbox notifying you of the attempted delivery and providing instructions for collection from your nearest post office or re-delivery.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer a pre-calculated delivery rate to countries other than Australia. We hope to be able to offer this service in the near future. In the meantime, for international orders please contact us by email at info@picklesandloop.com or by telephone (612) 9386 0662 for assistance. We will deal with your query promptly and respond with a quote and time frame for airmail delivery.

Please note that Pickles & Loop cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery that result from things outside our control (for instance unusual weather conditions, strikes and natural disasters).
